How is the test performed? |
|
|
IgG food intolerance testing is done via an ELISA (enzyme linked immunoassay) method. ELISA is a well-established and highly accurate method of analysis. The food allergens are contained on ELISA plates, which undergo extensive quality control and conform to GMP (good manufacturing practices). The plates are tested to ensure that the same sample can be tested more than once on different lot numbers of plates, and the same results will be reported. The blood samples all go through rigorous checks and verification stages to ensure the highest accuracy and quality levels are maintained. The laboratory testing equipment is also checked regularly for optimum performance.
