How do I avoid those foods that I have a high intolerance to when I go to a restaurant? Print

It is a good idea to ask your server what the ingredients are in a dish before you order it.  You can also advise your server that you have a food allergy and ask her/him if there is a special menu for you to look at, or if they can recommend menu items that do not contain any of the products to which you are allergic or to which you have a high intolerance.

If you like, we can send you a personalized card that contains a list of the foods to which you have a food intolerance.  There is a $15.00 charge for each card that you wish to purchase.
