Once you order your Food Intolerance Kit from Allergysmarts we assign a unique barcode label and reference number to your blood sample collection card to specifically identify you and so that it can be tracked at all times throughout the laboratory procedure. Before collecting the sample, please confirm that the name on the bar code label matches the name of the person doing the test. |
