What happens if I didn't do the test properly? |

The blood sample collection card has two (2) different areas for you to provide us with blood samples, and we are confident that one of these will provide us with a sufficient blood sample to successfully perform the test. If however, you did not perform the blood sample properly, we will contact you and ask you to complete another test. We will send you another kit to use free of charge if you have not completed the blood sample correctly the first time and we ask that you contact our toll free phone number at 1-866-268-8618 prior to taking the test so that one of our knowledgeable staff an assist you over the phone while you take the test.
