Allergysmarts Food Intolerance Test

Allergysmarts kits test for IgG/Type III hypersensitivity immune reactions to food.

Food intolerance IgG immune reactions have a much slower onset than IgE reactions.  IgG reactions occur hours to days after eating reactive foods.  The reactions are often to foods eaten frequently and can affect any tissue or organ in the body and cause chronic illness.  IgG food intolerance reactions are much more common than IgE food allergy reactions.  IgG food intolerances affect up to 1/3 of the general population.  There are more than 100 diseases and conditions associated with food intolerance and more than 2/3 of the people with chronic health conditions have IgG (food intolerance) reactions to food.  Therefore knowing your food intolerances is just as important as knowing your food allergies.  In fact, most people are unaware that they are eating foods that make them sick, and it is very difficult to uncover which foods cause food intolerance without testing for them.
